Since attending the launch event of MiTreat last night a number of people have been asking for more information about the app. So here it is:
MiTreat is an awesome & exciting concept that, in my mind, will revolutionise gifting and occasions as we know them! How often have you felt bleak to miss out on a friend's birthday celebrations due to unforeseen circumstances and just wish you could buy them a drink to wish them? Well, now you can! How often have you had a friend abroad get engaged/have a baby/get a promotion and you wish you could just send a bottle of Champagne or cocktail to congratulate them? Well, now YOU CAN with MiTreat!
You are even able to help a friend get home safely thanks to a partnership with Uber.
Now THAT is pretty awesome!
The concept is simple:

Set up your profile
Find a friend & send them a drink (or an Uber voucher to help them get home safely!)
EASY as a G&T! The app is yet to launch officially, but once it does I do believe it is going to be incredible! I am HUGE on celebrating occasions and I absolutely hate missing my loved ones' special days. Sometimes sending flowers to a friend in the UK is above my {family of five} budget, and sometimes getting hold of someones address for a delivery is just as tough! Not to mention that being a mama to three young babies means that there is a fair amount that I miss out on for any number of reasons. I just cant wait to have the freedom to send my loved ones a drink, a bottle of bubbly, or a safe ride home to celebrate their occasion "with" them in the best way I can, and within the means I can afford.
